Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled D365 Security Solution Consultant to join our dynamic Digital team to play a critical key role in transforming our enterprise systems landscape while supporting our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Implementation Program to strengthen internal controls. This role provides an opportunity to closely partner with UKG business leaders, Internal Audit, and Digital teams to understand strategic objectives, analyze complex business requirements, and help drive strategic outcomes. As a D365 Security Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of user role, duties, and privilege changes that deliver business value as well as supporting existing software solutions in a complex systems landscape. Qualified candidates must possess experience conducting requirements elicitation, writing user stories, creating complex solution designs, and building and testing system solutions that meet the business need. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex environment, strong communication, collaboration, flexibility, innovative thinking, and self-motivation are required for success. The D365 Security Solution Consultant is expected to evaluate and assess current state FastPath security roles with senior leaders and identify innovative opportunities to transform our security role designs and remediate Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of business systems analysis or professional software development experience.
8+ years of global ERP experience, including understanding of several of the following financial processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fixed assets, general ledger accounting, treasury and revenue recognition
5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP
Experience working with FastPath Independant Software Vendor (ISV)
Expert understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, tools, and best practices to be effective at production support and maintenance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to influence and manage changing priorities and drive technical decisions across the organization
Experience with agile development practices and DevOps principles.
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
End to End experience with vendor products, system integration, and data migration projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
