Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Facilitate communication between business units and the technical development team to ensure alignment.
Business Process Analysis:
Analyze current business processes related to energy trading and risk management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ETRM system.
Map out process flows and make recommendations for enhancements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that the trading and risk management system complies with internal audits standards and SOX regulatory requirements.
Identify, document, and provide mitigation strategies for risks.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Serve as backup scrum master when necessary.
Prepare project status reports/dashboards and communicate updates to management.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze challenges and provide possible solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities to address system and process-related issues.
Project Management: Experience in working in fast-paced environment on large-scale projects within the energy trading domain.

Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of delivering infrastructure projects for the companys new ETRM platform.
Minimize risks through robust risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
Streamline and automate infrastructure processes to achieve operational excellence.
Tools and Technologies:
Desirable: ETRM platforms: OpenLink (Endur)
Data Analysis Tools: Jira dashboards, Excel, Power BI.
Project Management Tools: Jira, Jira sheets or Jira Structure & MS Project.
Communication Tools: MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence.
Other: MS Office - especially PowerPoint.
pay rate: $50-60/hr
