Insight Global is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our client's law firm in Hollywood, FL. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, meeting/notes transcription, document preparation, client communication (via email and phone), record management, and case scheduling. A successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in the legal field and prior experience in a legal assistant/secretary, or similar, role. In addition to excellent administrative support skills, this individual must be highly proficient in document preparation (draft, proofread, and electronically file various legal documents such as motions, briefs, and appeals) and record management. Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
This position offers 30 hours of work per week. Must work onsite/in office full time (no hybrid or remote option).
Compensation Range: $18-21/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
