The MAST Technical Data Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise to support MAST Global Data Team's operations. This role involves participation in MAST data issue triage, generation and implementation of technical solutions to resolve data issues, providing database and related technical advisory to other team members and participation in Global Data Team's initiatives or projects. The MAST Technical Data Support Specialist will work closely with various stakeholder groups across the MAST Program to create timely resolution for data issues. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and problem solving skills, expertise in database management, development and administration, experience in major data migration projects and have strong understanding on relational database for applications related to equipment maintenance, inventory or procurement. Will work to improve Data integrity, data quality, and performance through creation of relevant reporting solutions and KPI metrics.
The role will served as level 2 support within the Business As Usual (BAU) organization and supplement the team of data owners with database technical expertise. The role will be instrumental in ensuring timely and fit-for-purpose technical data solutions are available to meet brand's expectations and service level agreement. The role is also expected to provide database and data model advisory in upholding a high standard of data integrity and data quality as well as continuously improving them.
