Insight Global is looking for a strong Scrum Master to join the team of one of our large enterprise clients. In this position, you will be working closely with leaders in product and development teams to ensure processes and cadences are understood and enacted. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adaptability to enhance the organization’s ability to deliver impact to their business.
Key Responsibilities
• Visualize and optimize the flow of value for the groups you support (portfolios, products, teams)
• Lead the adoption of Agile and Product practices and ensure teams understand and apply those practices
• Educate and coach teams and partners to adopt best Agile practices
• Design new methods for enhancing organizational agility
Pay rate range: 63-68/hour

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach (~5 years) in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise API concepts (REST), service orchestration, and microservices architecture
• Proficient in SQL: able to write queries for data profiling and validation
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, with a focus on AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM)
• Jira, confluence, SharePoint
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working with digital product teams
• Excellent ability to work in a data-driven environment (teams focused on data modeling, migration, visualization, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certified Scrum Developer certification (CSD)
