Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a sharp Service Desk/PC Support. They will be supporting the internal employees 70 to 200 internal that sit in another country. They will be managing tickets through the ServiceNow ticketing system, receiving inbound technical support tickets/calls/emails from internal company employees, could profiling/imaging machines, troubleshooting windows profile issues, active directory password resets, and support internal company applications.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2 years of technical support experience
- Troubleshooting experience
Citrix basic understanding used it in past ex: how to kill
- Install software through SCCM
- Ticketing System (ServiceNow preferred)
- PC experience Windows environment (windows 10/11)
- Active Directory (Azure Directory+) building and setting up profiles
- PERSONALITY must be quick, go getter, eager to learn, and pick things up.
