Job Description

Our client in the law enforcement field is looking to bring on an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist.

Main Responsibilities:
Employee Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and other metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Promotion Process Improvement: Work with key stakeholders/command with promotion opening on reading lists and assessments for the posting. Reviewing applicant eligibility.
Research and Surveys: Conduct surveys and research to gather insights on employee needs and workplace dynamics.
Consultation and Advice: Provide expert advice to management on strategies to improve employee performance and well-being.
Interview Process Improvement: Work with hiring team stakeholders to analyze the role and revamp interview questions.
Coordinating Testing & Assessments: Location, proctors, timing, materials, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
Educational Background: Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior/Development
Experience: Previous experience in HR analysis or a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.

Skills:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Knowledge of Psychology: Understanding of psychological principles and their application in the workplace.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and data analysis tools.
