Job Description

A client in the manufacturing industry is looking to add 1 Engineering Supervisor to their team in Lake Mary, FL. This person will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring 8-10 employees. This person will be conducting a morning meeting with their team to discuss projects and daily activity. They will analyze current market conditions, supply chain pricing, and design strategies. They will oversee project execution, provide technical guidance, and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. This position will be fully on site on an 8-5 PM work schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience with transformer products (all types)
- 5 years of successful personnel management and team growth
- CAD/SolidWorks experience
- Experience using 0-Drawing Management Systems, Salesforce, CRM tools
- Strong technical skills related to electrical engineering and power electronics
- Familiarity with power electronic equipment including low, medium and high voltage Transformers
- Experience in managing high volume design review, quotations, price management, cost controls, etc.
