· Assesses electrical drawings and schematics pertaining to LCS Naval ships and electrical problems.
· Performing cable, wire, and harness repairs.
· Ensures preventative maintenance is done on ship automation systems.
· Mentors/trains junior-level electricians.
· Champions quality assurance and continuous improvements.
· Performs tasks prescribed by work package procedure, schedule, and quality standards according to the project
statement of work.
· Complies with all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
· Responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of company and customer-furnished equipment
and facilities.
· Acts as a professional particularly when interacting and communicating with
customers and industry counterparts.
· Is accountable for timely and accurate expense management including labor charging and material usage.
Performs other duties as directed by management.
Hourly rates for this position are expected from $22-25/hr depending on skill set.

· High school diploma or GED required.
· 5+ years experience as an electrician
· Ability to understand electrical drawings
Maritime industry experience (understanding of marine applications)
