2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/QA Tester in ServiceNow environments.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing test cases, test plans, and executing test cycles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ITIL/ServiceNow certification is a plus.
