A defense contracting company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their team in either Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; or Arlington, TX. The candidate will be managing roughly 10 individuals who support the company's R&D division. The team will be working with cutting edge technology, not legacy applications as the team is focused on new work. The candidate will be responsible for performance reviews, one on ones, and overall management and coaching of the team.

- 8+ years of experience with software engineering and 3+ years of experience with software engineering management
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Must be able and willing to be in the office full time
