Job Description

- Manage a small team of 2 that are responsible for invoicing, billing, payroll, and customer service
- Ensure bills and work orders are processed in a timely manner
- Relay information to department staff related to HR acknowledgement forms, open enrollment, new policies, etc
- Help process job applications and schedule interviews
- Provide ad/hoc administrative support to the department director when needed

Required Skills & Experience

- Accounting and budget experience
- Strong management skills and at least 2 years of experience managing others
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background and drug test
