Lead Information Security Operations Analyst to oversee and enhance our Security Operations Center (SOC). This role will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats, ensuring compliance with security policies, and leading a team of security analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, incident response, and threat intelligence, coupled with leadership experience. This contract position ranges from $60-75 a hour based on experience.

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations
Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.)
Palo Alto, Rapid7, Wiz, Abnormal, and other cyber security tools
Experience with 3rd party security providers
Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions
Proficiency in managing and supporting incident response, threat hunting, and forensic analysis
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are preferred
