A client in the hospitality industry is looking to add 2 product marketing coordinators to their team in the Orlando, FL area. They will be responsible for managing how reservations are entered into their property management systems. They will help manage the guest experience and maintain how the property manages reservations. This person will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and performance of our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality background who is eager to grow in the digital marketing space. They will assist with website content reviews, support online reputation management, and generate performance reports to help guide marketing decisions. This position is hybrid 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote.

- 1 - 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (ex: front desk, reservations agent, or system support analyst)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Salesforce
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS)
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, or Alteryx is highly desired
