Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a committed Mobile Device Support Specialist for Technical End User Support to join our Orlando, FL team. This position entails working closely with end users to convey IT environment changes, troubleshoot mobile devices and applications, and collaborate with vendors on service contracts. The specialist will create user guides for client-specific applications, handle updates and upgrades to mobile devices, and document processes to ensure clarity for colleagues. A comprehensive understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, and technical issues is crucial, along with supporting change-release processes for IT systems implementation. The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and skilled at solving complex problems. They should be able to switch tasks swiftly, seek guidance for non-routine issues, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. This role requires onsite presence and a background in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong communication skills, experience with iOS platforms, MS Office 365, and familiarity with Cyber Security concepts are highly preferred.
