The Solution Delivery Lead is responsible for managing new customer warehouse implementations from an IT perspective. They will be responsible for gathering the functional requirements, process design and designing SCALE WMS Capabilities. This individual will be involved from day 1 of requirement gathering through the entire implementation. They will partner extremely closely with the Technical WMS team for implementation. They will serve as a liaison between customers and our IT Delivery team. This group is specifically responsible for new warehouse Start-ups and will be involved from pre-sales, to building the technology roadmap/design and finally implementation. 5+ years of Technology/ related Supply Chain industry experience specifically focused on solution design for warehouse implementations
Must have experience analyzing, configuring, implementing Manhattan SCALE WMS
Strong experience managing customer warehouse implementations all IT deliverables, gathering functional requirements, EDI mapping, process design and designing WMS capabilities
Strong business acumen: ability to lead effective meetings with customers and internal members
Solution Delivery including but not limited to: facilitating/translating business needs and objectives into requirements and project estimates, enabling competitive and quality technology solutions in response to business needs, solution documentation, driving innovative and creative solutions to business challenges, serving as solution lead to construct data flow between Ryder customers and Ryder applications, test planning and support including but not limited to defect resolution.
Strong documentation skills as it relates to business requirements and scope definition, evaluating impact of changes and escalating any risks to delivery.
Candidate must possess strong client facing skills and understand the mechanisms for building strong, long-lasting internal and external customer relationships, including the ability to generate results through influence
