A client is looking for a remote salesforce BA to support a project. They are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our business transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions using Salesforce. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Work with developers to design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
Project Management:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
Identify and resolve issues through thorough testing and debugging.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Create user documentation and training materials.
Data Management:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
Perform data migrations, integrations, and cleansing as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with other systems (e.g., policy processing systems).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe Agile framework preferred.
Experience with the insurance industry.
