The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the recruiting effort by implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. In addition, the HR Specialist will assist the Human Resource Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including but not limited to assisting with the administration of payroll, benefits, and performance management.
Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Establish strong internal stakeholder relationships and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, advice, consultation, and education.
Perform candidate screening and build rapport while underlining the employee value proposition of Why BC US, LLC by sharing information about the culture, initiatives, career opportunities, and benefits.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Attends and participates in college and local job fairs.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which includes collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or insurance brokers.
Ensures accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
At least 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience required.
Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success, filling positions at all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite and ADP.
SHRM-CP certification is highly desirable.
