Construction Inspector

- Key responsibilities will involve reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications with contractors, ensuring the quality and adherence to design specifications throughout the construction process.
- The role will also include inspecting stormwater drainage, sewer installations, grades, materials, and surfacing applications for compliance with established requirements. - Moreover, the candidate will be expected to monitor and assess the weight, quantity, and quality of various materials, coordinate project schedules and payment estimates with contractors, and gather essential data for official reports and engineering estimates.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.

- Experience in site and civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret routine engineering designs and specifications
- Skilled in the application of proper inspection and investigation methods and techniques
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Valid driver's license
