Our major distribution client is looking for a Benefits Accounting Analyst to join their team. They will be assigned to a specific market and oversee the accounting and administration of all benefits plans. This will include union and non- union medical, dental, life, vision, FSA, HSA, and COBRA plans. They will analyze the data, review contracts, and reconcile union invoices and interface analytics. The Benefits Account Analyst should be comfortable in a fast paced and high-volume environment and ultimately have the collaboration skills to work well with a team. The hourly rate ranges from $20-24/hr.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, finance or business
- 3+ years of accounting experience and strong with excel (pivot tables, formulas, validations, VLOOKUPs)
- Knowledgeable about benefits administration and billing reconciliation processes
- Comfortable working with large data sets and identifying trends
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
