This IT support role involves providing on-site, remote, and phone assistance to business partners, managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, configurations, and upgrades. The position requires addressing and escalating technology-related issues, ensuring timely resolution, creating support documentation, and maintaining professional communication. Additionally, the role includes organizing, maintaining, and tracking equipment and parts for repair and replacement
