This position is responsible for oversight and execution of the strategic planning of the shipboard marine workforce for the designated brands, as well as supervision of Team Leads and respective teams. This role will focus always on operational excellence and consistency, keeping in mind efficiencies and cost-avoidance. In collaboration with relevant partners, the incumbent will maintain par for the designated brands including new builds, modernizations, and special projects

-Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Workforce Planning, or related field.
-Minimum three years progressive leadership experience in Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or related field.
-Minimum of three years in employee relations investigating, negotiating and resolving grievances and conflicts, preferably in a multi-cultural, diverse environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Ability to successfully manage a high-pressure environment and navigate confidently through all kinds of situations and operational challenges
-Proficient in budget management, ability to find constantly find cost-savings and cost-avoidance opportunities
-Experience in Shipboard HR.
-Ability to speak additional languages for the APAC region.
