1+ years of recruitment or relevant experience (data entry)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities.
-Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
-Sourcing or recruitment experience in global talent acquisition within the marine, cruising, preferred; hospitality, BPO, or HR shared services sectors, may be considered.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheets.
