Our Client is looking to bring on a FULLY REMOTE, Data Security Engineer, specializing as an SME within Microsoft Purview, to identify sensitive data through setting up and performing scans to on prem scanners with Microsoft Purview. This person will come from a strong Microsoft Purview background where main responsibilities involve deploying/installing scanners across a global environment while managing, setting up, and configuring scanners/on prem scanners within and into Purview. The ideal person will have a strong DLP (Data Loss Prevention) background and will be involved in helping with policy and perform validations/tweaking of policy. This person will have a strong PCI background for identifying, processing, and wiping sensitive data. Other skills and day to day includes, remoting in to run scans, reviewing scans, coordinate/own sensitive data, and re-running scans to compliance.

Over 5-10 years of experience as a Data Security Engineer, specializing as an SME within Microsoft Purview
Must have high level experience managing Purview Scanners/On Prem Scanners
o Setting up/registering into Purview, running scans, maintaining, configuring to start scanning, helping with policy
o Performing scan reviews, coordinating and owning the data, and re-running scans
Must have strong experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) in Purview for cloud will be creating and adding test users to policies and performing validations/tweaks of policies
o (Identify, Classify and tag (PII, PCI), Monitor, Prevent with focus for PCI and email solutions)
o Strong PCI background for the process of identifying credit card data, process for maintaining, wiping data
MUST HAVE great personality and strong communication go getter mentality - able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives with creative skills
