Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support one of their manufacturing clients. This person will ensure that the management of the Total Rewards programs are efficiently and accurately administered in compliance with federal and state regulations. They will provide testing support, UAT testing for system upgrades or open enrollment activities. This person will also partner with HR and participate in surveys, benchmarking and respond to audit requests from external and internal parties. They will also be required to assist with reconciliation, payment and monitoring of vendors including creating PO's and analyzing performance standards for Total Rewards vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience with total rewards analysis (specifically health & welfare)
Experience managing inbox and field requests
Associate's degree
Experience running UAT testing for benefits

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in SAP (preferably ARIBA)
Bachelors Degree
