An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for an on-site AV Desktop Support Technician. This person will serve as audio visual subject matter expert for global AV technician teams. Provide daily maintenance on local AV and conference room equipment. Work with counterpart in UK to ensure continuity across offices and regions from an AV perspective. Provide in-person support for both AV and desktop/networking issues in local office. Travel 25% of the time (sometimes short notice) to other domestic offices as needed.

5+ years of experience as an audio-visual technician
Experience with conference room/meeting room set up and maintenance
Experience providing technical support for users as it pertains to AV devices
Strong communication and leadership skills
Open to domestic travel up to 25% of the time
