Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Risk Manager to support their customer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This person will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for partnering with insurance and brokers to review coverage levels, assess and recommend policy selection, manage insurance procurement and work cross functionally with other department for incident reports and claims or losses. This person will be supporting their US and International business units so experience with international insurance coverage is required. They will manage all phases of the claims process and communicate risk-related issues to relevant departments.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Risk Management at the corporate level

Experience with the development and implementation of risk management policies

Experience with multinational corporations and risk functions

Experience with complex risk analysis processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in health and safety, Environmental Health or a related field.

Any of the following certifications (Certified Risk Manager, Certified Risk Professional, Chartered Financial Analyst, etc.)
