Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager I to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you'll join a growing team and work to lead construction projects, mainly focused on light industrial warehouses, office spaces retail and strip malls. You must have experience utilizing MS Project, and heading up projects ranging from $10-$100 million in budget in order to be successful on this team. Prior experience managing retail, strip mall, office space and /or light industrial warehouse projects will help you be successful on this team.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors degree in Construction Management / Construction Engineering or relevant experience
-2-4 years of experience working within the construction space, or working as a construction project manager
-Hands on experience with MS project
-Ability to commute to the Tampa, FL location 3x/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
-Go getter personality
-Experience managing projects of $10-$100 million in budget
