Program Manager - Digital eCommerce

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager (essentially will act as a Chief of Staff); with a strong background in digital e-commerce and supply chain business domains. They will partner directly with the Sr Director of Engineering to build out their multi-year, Digital Web Foundations technical roadmap. Their primary function is to shape and drive technology vision into functional requirements that enable the scale of our digital technology. This candidate will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the business vision of the product.
This role will be responsible for: Analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable plans; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of solutions with business partners, portfolio partners, and engineering partners; communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leaders; Providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements
- Must have extensive experience in an enterprise level environment
- Strong background in digital e-commerce and supply chain projects
- Can closely with IT and Non-IT functions to build out technical roadmaps (planning, executing, delivering, and managing the roadmaps)
- Experience building out technical roadmaps for application engineering efforts / digital transformation projects or similar (B2B Commerce, Digital, Marketing, and Data Hub platforms)
- Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans; Experienced in risk management, resource allocation (staffing, budgeting, etc.), and stakeholder communication
- MUST have thought leadership qualities and excellent communication
- Proven record of building buy-in with key stakeholders
- Agile methodology practices
