Insight Global's banking client is looking to bring on a GRC Analyst to help maximize the functionality of their GRC tool. This individual will be monitoring and mitigating risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing technical controls. They will be involved in mapping, conducting assessments to understand the effectiveness of their control design and mitigate potential security threats. The GRC analyst will be documenting, reporting , updating policies, and performing validations. The ideal candidate will have a strong back in in information security and security frameworks, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The pay range for this candidate is $40-60/hr.

- At least 2-3 years of experience with GRC efforts around technology and information security
- Experience building out the functionality of a GRC tool, such as Zen GRC
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (ex: NIST, ISO 270001), risk management, and regulatory compliance policies and procedures
- Background in mapping controls and conducting control risk assessments and vendor risk assessments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
- Experience at a financial institution/bank
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
- Bilingual in Spanish
