Job Description

This person will be reviewing and auditing employee I-9s for the entire company and the subsidiaries. The role is M-F 8am-5pm onsite in Jacksonville, FL.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. Expert level skills with I-9s (reviewing and auditing them)

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe PDF

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
