The Inventor Services Processor/ Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing supplier, freight and customer invoices, averaging about 100-140 invoices per day, via a three-way match system. They will ensure all cost data is allocated correctly, enter trade invoices into specific general ledger accounts, and process trade invoices for control states not part of the three-way matching process. Also, the processor will respond to internal and external customer issues via email in a prompt manner and verify all supplier invoices by footing and cross footing dollar amounts. The pay rate for this role ranges from $15-18/hr.
