Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data Scientist in Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for maintenance, support, and daily operations of the Customer Engagement modeling and analytics software applications.

The role will include:
- Ensuring that Customer Engagement model data flows and dashboards are up to date
- Diagnosing and resolving application issues
- Developing automated processes and technical documentation in conjunction with departmental resources
- Coordinating issue resolution between departmental and support partners

Required Skills & Experience

- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and resolve operational issues
- Ability to rewrite SQL and python to make changes to models
- Experience working with large volumes of data
- Demonstrate skills in Snowflake, Dataiku, and/or Tableau
- Ability to build predictive models and machine learning algorithms using Dataiku, DataRobot, or Azure
- Experience building modeling concepts focused on propensities
- Proficiency in regression, bagging, boosting, decision tees, and random forest
- Knowledge of production support concepts such as incident reporting, testing, debugging, monitoring, and audits
- Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure
