Job Description

We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in various HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, employee engagement, and employee relations. A strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws is essential. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a must. Experience with HRIS systems is also preferred. The base salary is between $70,000-$80,000

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of HR experience, including hands-on roles where you wore many hats (recruiting, benefits enrollment, employee engagement, etc.)
Solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to meet strict deadlines, identify trends
Strong experience with employee relations
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, manipulating data, etc.) and a willingness to learn new systems.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience managing and troubleshooting HRIS systems

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
