Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an individual with a strong IT Help Desk background to assist with a PC refresh project and a windows 11 upgrade. In this role, this candidate will be assisting with both projects plus handling advanced IT service requests and all escalations across the organization. This candidate should be able to handle and provide assistance to employees regarding their use of computer hardware and software and be fielding tickets via phone, email, and in person.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma/GED
3-5 Years of IT support services exp
Proficiency in internetworking, TCP/IP, routing/switching, wireless networks, VPNs, network diagnostics, management and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of core Internet protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012R2, and 2016 server environments including installation, configuration
Active Directory

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Dental IT Help Desk exp
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Network+/MCSE
Experience managing Microsoft Hyper-V environment
Experience with Dental X-Ray / Imaging systems (with a focus on how these systems integrate with the workstation and the dental practice management software)
Experience with Cisco Meraki preferred
