Day-to-Day:
- Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top mortgage operations talent, focusing on closers, processors, underwriters, and related roles.
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for mortgage operations positions, ensuring a seamless and effective process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates proactively beyond job postings, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, with a focus on mortgage operations talent.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with business needs, ensuring a clear understanding of job requirements for each role.
- Screen and assess candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and management, handling all logistics such as scheduling and, when necessary, travel arrangements.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and seamless progression through the ATS (iCIMS).
- Facilitate the offer process, including offer generation and negotiation, ensuring successful candidates are brought on board efficiently.
$28-40 pay rate
