Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Service Technician to provide technical support across 3 locations in Illinois. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent service to our end users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Respond to IT support requests from end users across multiple locations.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently.

· Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

· Install configure and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.

· Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.

· Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ year's experience as an IT Field Service Technician

Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems, and software applications.

Strong knowledge of IOS/Android devices

Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
