Ryder Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on a critical project related to the consolidation and migration of our timekeeping systems. The successful candidate will lead the discovery phase through the end of the year, setting the stage for a significant initiative that will impact thousands of Ryder employees in the field. The HRIS Analyst will conduct detailed analysis of existing timekeeping systems inherited through acquisitions, performing discovery tasks such as identifying employee types, transmission schedules, and potential system surprises. They will collaborate with management and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand system needs, utilizing project management skills to map out the transition process, including phased approaches and system integration. The role requires evaluating the need for time clocks versus mobile applications for timekeeping and working towards consolidating the current six timekeeping systems into one or two streamlined systems by 2025. - 5-10 years experience working in a relevant role in the HRIS space
- Strong understanding/ project experience with timekeeping systems- specifically consolidation efforts- Familiarity with Infor WFM or similar timekeeping systems
- In-depth knowledge of timekeeping systems, including: Retention items, Exports, Salary groups, Multiple pay groups, Holidays, etc.
- Strong Business Analyst experience, ability to ask detailed questions and document findings
- Strong Project Management skills, ability to lead and drive discovery and meetings with several stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading analytical projects, Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong ability to build relationships and build trust through a virtual environment
- Ability to take charge and lead discovery work strong leadership skills
