Job Description

Our client in the government space is looking for a Risk Management Specialist. This role will be supporting all levels of the Risk Management Divisions sections which includes workers compensation, assist in all the functions of Risk Management team, and will work closely with other departments to including Benefits dept, Fleet dept, and Payroll depts. You will be responsible to respond to ad hoc requests with short deadlines, distributing general information to individuals, medium-large groups, and contracted vendors. customer service to personnel at all levels of the agency, contracted vendors, and to the general public. This role needs a self-starter, who has good customer facing/customer service skills. You must have the ability to prioritize and organize job tasks confidentiality in compliance with statutes and PBSO General Orders. The pay rate range for this role is $25-$31/hr.

Facilitate info from 3r party admin and chain of company for workers comp situations (dealing w injured employees)

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of Clerical/Customer Service Skills
Experience with the MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Easy going attitude

Bachelors/Associates Degree
