The Senior Scrum Master / Senior Software Engineer will join our client's team in Orlando, FL, developing software solutions for our Management Information System (MIS) team. The MIS is designed to support users with data analysis for program decision making and contract life cycle activities. In this role you will coach multiple scrum teams, guide them in applying agile principles, and drive effective software delivery. As a change agent, youll foster collaboration, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure successful completion of projects.

- Minimum of 5 years related experience in Software Development or other related engineering experience.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of agile practices
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps Software Development process environments
- Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
