This person should have Service Now and Jira experience and come from an IT background they HAVE to have strong communication and ambition as this person will serve as the liaison between the IT team and the individual who created the ticket. They will follow up on tickets in the que, see how long they've been there, fix the ticket if applicable, update the ticket, and reach out to the proper team who will fix the ticket to make sure it gets resolved in a timely manner.
