Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst II to join the FP&A team for a non-profit based in Jacksonville. This position is Remote! This person will be responsible for Collaborating with department leads, transform data, organize information, update monthly forecasts, and assists in expense requests. They will also review general ledger, develop annual budgets, provide ad hoc analysis and prepare financial presentations. This position will pay $34-$36 an hour based on experience.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
- Experience communicating to non-finance leadership.
- Must have a high integrity work ethic.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Previous experience developing annual budgets
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems
