Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Manager to support their client. This person will be responsible managing the day-to-day operations of the benefits department. They will work with brokers to analyze solutions for benefit programs to ensure cost effectiveness and equity. They will also work with the payroll teams to coordinate system updates, business process improvements and interface with the finance department to analyze benefits. They will be working with 401k programs and be required to have experience with FMLA, LOA, and short- and long-term disability programs.

2 years of experience managing benefits
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience working with payroll and finance departments.
Experience managing 401k vendors and programs.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
