Across these technology focus areas, we also provide Professional and Managed Services. We are headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida with additional offices throughout the United States and Europe. They are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team. This position manages sales support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training, and sales program implementation. This person is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Reporting to the VP, Advanced Technologies, the Sales Operations Coordinator also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported. Coordinates sales forecasting and strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization. Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rate. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates and organization of continuous process improvement. Prepares sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Monitors the sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining Salesforce data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm's technology investments. Coordinates training for the sale organization. Works as liaison between sales department and other sales related units. Represents CSPi at tradeshows and events. Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive programs. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Builds strong internal relationships with other key management personnel
