In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our environment based on Active Directory, hosting servers on prem and in Microsoft Azure, managing Microsoft 365 services, and providing level III support. You will also effectively troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high availability of critical systems. Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, and user account management. Deploy, configure, and maintain servers hosted in Microsoft Azure and on prem. Implement and maintain security measures, data protection, and disaster recovery solutions for the environment. Provide technical expertise, mentoring and guidance to internal teams and end-users on system related matters.
Compensation:
$38/hr to $47.50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

At least 5 years of experience working in IT helpdesk environment
Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365 administration
Windows and Linux server administration
Strong knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure, including domain administration, group policies, and user/account management
Experience with deploying and managing servers in Microsoft Azure
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Office 365 services
Strong familiarity with security best practices and data protection measures within Microsoft Office 365
Ability to provide level III support
