Job Description

An employer is looking for a Substation Contruction Lead to join their team. The Substation Construction Lead will oversee the construction and commissioning of electrical substations. This role involves managing all aspects of substation construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage substation construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
$60-$70/HR

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of Substation Contruction Lead experience
Experience leading a crew
Active drivers license and ability to drive across the Dade County of FL for various Substation projects
OSHA Certified
