5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment, specific dedicated experience with SPM Module (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Ability to provide expertise specifically on the ServiceNow SPM Module: Focus areas Demand, Projects and Portfolios, Ideation and timesheet management
Strong overall configuration experience: Develop workflows, custom reports, forms, update sets, etc.
Experience upgrading ServiceNow version and integration activities
Understanding of basic administrative tasks: configuration, user set-up, permissions, system maintenance, etc.
Strong understanding of overall business processes and translate it into workflows (How to submit change request/ map out workflows, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills, a go-getter, someone that can think outside of the box and work independently
Specific experience with ServiceNow SPM Module (Strategic Portfolio Management) Technical and Process/ functional knowledge
Strong Experience with performance analytics, Experience setting up groups, security rules, permissions, etc.
Technical Skills: PowerBI, SQL (querying), integration experience, understands APIs
Experience with ADO/ Jira and high-level understanding of integrations
Experience working within the Supply Chain/ Transportation domain
