An employer in the Healthcare software industry is looking for a Splunk Admin to join their Operations Center Engineering team and can sit anywhere in the continental United States. This person will be tasked with rewriting several thousand Splunk knowledge objects and alerts due to the data sources moving from an on-prem Data Center to the Cloud (AWS). This company utilities on-prem Splunk Enterprise and it is self-hosted in the companys AWS environment due to Healthcare regulations so no Splunk Cloud Platform experience is needed. This individual should be experienced in SPL/Splunk Queries, Ingest Actions and should be familiar with Support Engineering.
Target pay for this position is $52.50/hr

3+ years of experience using Splunk (on-prem/enterprise) as an admin (pref.) or user
Experience writing Splunk queries/SPL
Experience w/ Ingest Actions
Experience migrating/moving Splunk objects, alerts & logs
Familiarity/Understanding of Support Engineering
