Oversee a large portfolio of operational activity
Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews to drive progress.
Create documents that specify strategy, assessment, or design in a way that delivers obvious value to the client and is understandable by any stakeholder
Articulates architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our clients
Experience with automation to deploy and manage infrastructure, database and networking architectures for Internet-scale applications
Good understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile architecture techniques
Help to define hosting strategy and solutions leveraging enterprise and cloud environments that align with business entity objectives

Coordinates and reports operational metrics on a recurring basis (week/month/quarter)
Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving partners and call out to appropriate level when required.
Assesses a variety of situations and provide transparency to team and partners.
Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.
Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining dedication and support.
Identifies training requirements and devises training programs to ensure operational readiness
Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
Coordinates with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being carried out in accordance with regulatory standard methodologies.
Monthly compensation: $54,433-$72,287 pesos
