An employer is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager II to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. In this role you'll join a growing team and working to manage construction projects, sometimes several at a time, focused on either new builds, and/or remodeling of entities such as schools, healthcare facilities, industrial or commercial facilities. This team is not looking for individuals with the bulk of their experience within residential, multi family living or sr living builds.

-At least 8 years of experience within the construction project management space
-Ability to manage budgets and deliverables associated with assigned projects.
-Experience managing projects of $10-$100 million
-Microsoft Project experience
-Experience with Procore or Procore Finance
-Hands on experience working within the following industries: healthcare, industrial, technical, commercial
-Ability to travel occasionally within the southeast region of the U.S. (must be local to Tampa, FL or willing to move to Tampa, FL to be considered for this role)
-We are not looking for individuals with the bulk of their experience within residential, multifamily or sr living builds
